About Lynne
I found my soul's work in conscious dance at 26 and have been practicing 5 Rhythms and Open Floor movement ever since.

I have a master's degree in Clinical Psychotherapy and B.A. in Religious Studies and Women's Studies. I am a certified teacher of Mindfulness Meditation, Integrated Mind/Body Psychotherapy, the Embodied Life Trainings ("Withness", Feldenkrais, Non-Violent Communication, Focusing and Zazen), and Social Emotional Learning.
I am dedicated to the well being found through embodied compassion for self and others. I provide an approach to well being through my diverse range of practices. Our work together is to nurture your mind, body, and spirit. Join me on a path of self-discovery and transformation.
